The first sketch they basically talk about what they want to become when they’re older. Gian wants to be a singer, Shizuka wants to become rich. Nobita realises he wants to go driving with Shizuka, yadda yadda. Skip 20 years where Nobita is getting a lift from Gian. The voice over says, “Nobu Nobita, 30 years old. Truly a bachelor.”
Sketch 2, as a kid Shizuka says that she wants to go for a drive and have a bbq with Nobita. Skip 20 years and their trip obviously fails. Suneo comes and picks her up and asks, “Huh? Why didn’t Nobita just drive here?” - “Bye.”
Back at Nobita’s place, he’s sobbing because obviously, he’s a loser since he doesn’t have a car. Out pops Doraemon.
N: “Doraemon!”
D: “Nobita, it’s been a long time”
N: “Give me a car!”
D: “No can do.”
N: “Why?”
D: “You don’t have a license”
N: “Oh, a license huh…”

N: “Oh! Suneo and Shizuka have gone driving again!” (He’s watching the ‘time television’) ”This is no good, this future!”
D: “Nobita, you don’t need a car. It’s an Anywhere-Door! You can go to the beach right away.”
This fails, as you can see. No one wants to do shit with Gian. I can’t understand what Jean Reno says next, but he then offers a bamboo helicopter.
N: “I don’t want to rely on your gadgets anymore! I want to be able to drive. First, let’s go to the motorshow, get out your Anywhere-Door.”

N: “I don’t want to rely on your gadgets anymore! I want to be able to drive using my own power. So give a me a driver’s license.”
D: “Didn’t you just say you don’t want to rely-“
N: “Stingy.”

S: “Nobita, aren’t you going to go to the Driver’s Ed Centre today?” [Japan has centers where you learn to drive]
N: “Ah! I gave up on that. The net’s more fun anyway.”
S: “Don’t you ever wander what it’ll be like once you get your license?”
D: “Yes! The “What-If Box!”
S: “Try it!”
N: “Hello, if I get my license what will it be like?” ~warp~ “This is /my/ car? Sweeeet.”
Girl: “What a cute car! Can I ride with you? You wanna go somewhere?”
N: “Ehh! Really?! Ahhh what should I do!” “Hey I reconsidered, I wanna get my license.”
S: “I don’t have time for this.”
D: “Who are you?”
Girl: “You forgot? I’m Jaiko.”
D&N: “Jaiko!?”
